Located in the North West of England, we hold an investment portfolio of private rental properties. Our residential portfolio is strategically managed, allowing us to achieve comprehensive returns on capital invested whilst still being able to provide tenants with a secure, well managed and well maintained home.
In the essence of never putting all eggs in one basket, our properties are diverse, spreading both the risk and reward across different dwelling types, ages, locations and tenures - whilst these factors may differ, the objectives remain the same, providing residents with a high quality place to live and making a healthy return on investment.
Why the North West?
First and foremost, we know the market well, and have experience buying, selling and advising on properties in this location.
Secondly, without trying to 'predict the future', capital investment in the North West is rising and will continue to do so, both from the private and public sector.

PROJECTS
Our live projects vary - we have knowledge and experience of full cycle opportunities, from site identification, obtainment of planning permission and completing the development works, unlocking value and enhancing portfolio efficiency and improving the quality of our residences.
Slatey
On acquisition, Slatey was a underperforming, undervalued and 'unloved' development, hosting run down flats in a once remarkable victorian dwelling.
We undertook a full review of the asset, assessing possibilities and opportunities we may have to redevelop. We obtained planning permission for the conversion of the basement, full internal reconfiguration and external works.
At this stage, we have undertaken part of the works, namely the internal configuration and over haul of the external areas - by doing so, we have increased the value of the Property by 50%, provided high quality living for the sitting tenants and increased rent roll. We still have the live planning permission and option to undertake basement conversion in the future, which we have plans to implement.
